Merkel’s coalition immediately after the new year will begin final negotiations on forming a government.
Surveys by YouGov sociological services, published on the order of the DPA news agency – show that every second German wants her to leave the federal chancellor’s chair, not stay until 2021.
Quite accurately: 47% of respondents wish to withdraw, and only 36% think that it should rule for another four years.
Beginning in October – just after the parliamentary elections – 36% of the respondents demanded Merkel’s withdrawal, and 44% for her leadership of the government in Berlin.
Merkel Coalition (CDU / CSUV) will immediately start the final negotiations with the Social Democrats to form a government immediately after the new year.
