Most people know that lemon water is good for us. It is full of vitamin C and is excellent for overall health. Especially since we got closer to another flu season and our immune system needs to be kept in top shape.

And while it may be good to have a big glass of water with lots of fresh, organic lemon juice, this is what you may not already know.

1. Lemon water can help cure acne.

Drinking water with lemon strengthens the immune system and helps in digestion of food.

It helps clear your acne.

2. Lemon water helps to lose weight.

One of the great advantages of lemon juice is to help the body normalize the blood sugar level, which provides great help in weight loss.

3. Lemon water helps to prevent the formation of kidney stones.

At least in some people. Lemon contains a ton of potassium which makes citrate levels higher in urine, which prevents the formation of stones.

4. Lemon water helps to prevent the formation of gall stones.

The same story as the item above, of course.

5. Lemon water helps with GERB.

GERB or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease is the return of gastric contents into the esophagus, which is very uncomfortable because of increased gastric acid secretion. It may seem counterproductive because lemon is so worn, but lemon juice in the water actually helps calm the stomach acid and does well.\

6. Lemon water helps with nausea.

The simplest but truly effective natural remedy against nausea and vomiting is lemon juice. It is especially recommended after vomiting because it is currently refreshing the oral cavity and decreasing the possibility of a recurrence of nausea. Lemon juice in this case should be made with less water than it contains classic lemonade and you do not have to drink it at once but in the sips. Being completely harmless, it is useful for eliminating nausea and pregnancy.

You probably thought we were going to say some bad things about lemon water, right? However, bad things in lemon water almost do exist except that lemon damages the dental enamel and it is recommended to flush a little water in your mouth after drinking or drinking lemon juice on a straw.
